The normal level of blood pressure is usually determined by age. For young people, it should be 120/80 mmHg, while the old ones should be 140/90 mmHg. Besides that, the hypertension severity level is also something important to track. You will have to monitor both systolic and diastolic blood pressure. A patient with high blood pressure will require for more attention since this condition can be risky to his life.
