The 2020 UEFA European Football Championship, or simply Euro 2020, is scheduled to be held in 12 cities in 12 European Countries. Start from 12 June 2020, it is the first time that there are 12 countries will become hosts for this four yearly event. It means, the probability of host country to become a winner for this tournament is getting bigger.
But, Covid-19 pandemic situation has altered everything.
Euro 2020 Final Tournament Schedule has been postponed to year 2021. Now, it is scheduled to start from 11 June 2021. And to avoid any additional cost and extra works, UEFA has confirmed that the international tournament’s title will not be affected by the postponement. It means, its title is still Euro 2020.

There are formulas inside that spreadsheet that will help you automate group standing arrangement. You know, the tie breaker regulation for this Euro 2020 final tournament is very complicated. Not to mention the drawing is also complicated. But, it is easier to manage, though.
There are 6 groups. Each group consists of 4 teams. 24 teams will fight for 16 places in knock out rounds. The tie breaker will regulate group standings. Two top teams from each group plus 4 best 3rd-placed teams will advance.
Those 24 teams are: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Wales, North Macedonia, Scotland, Slovakia and Hungary

Here is on how to use it.
This is a one page fixtures and scoresheet. There are two big parts as you can see in image above. The first part is group stages part. There are 36 matches. There are 6 groups. Group winners and runners will qualify automatically to the knock out rounds. Four best 3rd-placed will accompany them to round up 16 contestants in round of 16.
Tie-breaker regulation for either group standings or four best 3rd-placed is quite complicated. But, you don’t have to worry about that. This spreadsheet has been equipped with all formulas that will adjust group standings and place all knock out teams in correct bracket automatically.
To use this Euro 2020/2021 is very simple. Type prediction (you can play around with your own scores) or actual scores in white boxes next to country names. Repeat above steps until you fill all group matches score fields. Group standings will be adjusted accordingly
Excel formulas will place 16 teams who will advance to the second round automatically.
In the knock out round, do similar steps. And do not forget to fill penalty shoot out results if some matches have to end in that way.
